The painter pant in our heavy 12oz Cotton Duck Canvas.  These are a UNISEX fit.  We've also added knee patches!   I would say they run a size big, so if you would like a fitted look size down one, for a looser fit buy your normal size.  These are going to break in soooo nicely.  I've been wearing mine like this with boots, and with a big cuff with my birks and vans.

Model is 5'5", 25 waist, 36 hip, wearing a size 24.
