Shipping + Returns
We will send you a confirmation email once your card has been authorized. Please review your email confirmation - all details will be assumed confirmed unless we are contacted within 24 hours. We do not accept returns on personalized goods, so if there is a mistake, we need to be notified within 24 hours. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any changes or corrections. We will accept exchanges on non-customized full price items, but All sale orders are final.
We try to ship orders within 2-3 business days (there are some delays due to COVID-19). IF you choose to personalize your goodies your items will ship within 2 weeks of your order confirmation. We try to get your orders out as soon as possible, If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email. If you are in a rush, please give us a shout, and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Regular domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority : $8 flat-rate for all U.S. orders under $150, free standard shipping for orders over $150. If you need something faster please drop us a note and we will try and accommodate!
Unfortunately, once an order is received by USPS as delivered we cannot be responsible for replacing it if it is missing or stolen. If you would like to request a signature required delivery, please email us after you place your order.
For all orders shipping outside of the US we use DHL. The customer is also responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept returns for personalized items. Returns requested within 7 days of delivery for all NON personalized, unwashed and unworn items, are eligible for a refund on the original payment method, and all requests after 7 days but within 14 days are eligible for store credit only. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
ALL Sale purchases are final sale. Including items purchased with a discount during a promotion.
Please email us at email@example.com for return authorization and address. Please do not ship merchandise back prior to receiving a return authorization, we will not accept the return. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will send you a return label, but will subtract a $10 shipping / restocking fee from the return refund.
If you have an item that you received as a gift that is NOT embroidered, we are happy to issue you a gift card for credit for another size or item, if this is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are purchasing a gift, but unsure of the right size and worried about personalizing the wrong item or with the wrong words, we have have a few tips and options to help you out!
- Please remember our sizing is designed with room to grow, but when in doubt, definitely size up. Every piece looks super cute baggy, and kiddos are growing so fast they will eventually fit into the garment, and it is always nice to have exciting pieces waiting for them when they hit their next growth spurt!

- Personalizing fears? You can purchase a personalization gift card for $20 (this includes return shipping) and we can include with the gift. The receiver can then choose what they would like their garment to say, and make sure that they have the correct size. We will also include a prepaid shipping envelope, and a card for them to fill out all of their info. They can just pop the item back into the mail easy peasy!
