We will send you a confirmation email once your card has been authorized. Please review your email confirmation - all details will be assumed confirmed unless we are contacted within 24 hours. We do not accept returns on personalized goods, so if there is a mistake, we need to be notified within 24 hours. Please email us at email@example.com with any changes or corrections. We will accept returns / exchanges on non-customized full price items, but ALL SALE orders are final.
We try to ship orders within 3-5 business days, but please note that we’re currently experiencing a high volume of orders, ship times may be longer than usual. Please also note that some deliveries are taking a little longer than usual. IF you choose to personalize your goodies your items will ship within 2 weeks of your order confirmation. We try to get your orders out as soon as possible. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Regular domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground : $8 flat-rate for all U.S. orders under $150, free standard shipping for orders over $150.
Unfortunately, once an order is shown as delivered via tracking we cannot be responsible for replacing it if it is missing or stolen. If you would like to request a signature required delivery, please email us after you place your order.
For all orders shipping outside of the US we use DHL. The customer is also responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". These are determined by the individual country, Refusing to pay duties will not return the package to us and we will not be able to issue a refund. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
