We’re seeking a part-time Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to help our content strategy and audience engagement efforts across key platforms. This role blends creativity and strategy — ideal for someone with strong instincts for fashion, visual storytelling, and customer connection.
Develop and manage the social media content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) Plan and publish engaging content that reflects our brand identity and current campaigns Collaborate with our creative director on photoshoots, video content, and seasonal storytelling Monitor community engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on insights
Manage our email marketing calendar, including newsletters, product launches, and promotions Write engaging, brand-aligned copy and coordinate with creative director for visual assets Build and manage lists, segments, and automated flows to personalize customer journeys Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to drive open and conversion rates
