Order Confirmation and Changes
Thank you for your order! Hey Gang will send a confirmation email to you once your purchase has been authorized. Please review all details of your email confirmation. Any changes or corrections to orders must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your email confirmation, this includes customized items. Hey Gang does not accept returns on personalized goods. Please email changes or corrections to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders ship within 14-18 days.
Shipping Fees are $10 flat-rate for all U.S. orders under $300 and free standard shipping for orders over $300. Please note, once an order is shown as delivered via tracking Hey Gang is not responsible for replacing missing or stolen items. If you would like to request a signature required delivery, please email us after you place your order.
Hey Gang is not responsible for lost packages once proof of delivery has been provided. Please reach out to us if you would like to request a signature upon delivery.

Standard International Shipping - $49
The customer is responsible for all taxes or customs duties incurred. Hey Gang is unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". These are determined by the individual country. Refusing to pay duties will not return the package to us and we will not be able to issue a refund.
Please note, all international orders are considered Final Sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Hey Gang accepts returns on all FULL
priced , UNCUSTOMIZED, unworn, and unwashed merchandise, with original tags and packaging. Hey Gang does not accept returns on personalized goods. All SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE. We define "SALE" as any item purchased with a discount over 15%. This includes promotional sales. Anything above 15% is final sale and not returnable.
We offer the following outcomes:
- Refunds - Full priced, non customized items are eligible for a refund on requests made within 7 DAYS of receiving the shipment. Returns must be shipped after 3 DAYS of receiving the return label, and will revert to a store credit if shipped later. The customer is responsible for the return shipping label at $10 and a 10%
- Exchange or store credit - orders are eligible for exchange or store credit if a return is requested within 14 DAYS of receiving the shipment. Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and the 10% restocking is waived. Refunds are NOT ALLOWED on exchanges if the original order was passed the 7 day refund window.
All International orders are Final Sale.
- Final Sale - After 14 DAYS all orders are considered Final Sale. All SALE items and discounted merchandise are considered FINAL SALE. We define sale items as any merchandise purchased at a markdown or with a promotional code of 15% or more applied at checkout. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. No exceptions.
